What is Sitch?
Sitch is an AI matchmaking app that learns about each person through a series of questions, then sends curated introductions to people who could be a good fit. Every profile on Sitch is reviewed by real people on its team, and when both people say yes to an introduction, Sitch sets them up. Sitch is live in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Austin.
Who founded Sitch?
Sitch launched in December 2024 and was co-founded by Nandini Mullaji, a former member of Bumble’s launch team in India, and Chad DePue, a former Snapchat and Microsoft executive. While Sitch has not publicly announced a leadership change, Mullaji recently stepped away from the company. In an essay published August 29, 2026, she wrote that after events at Sitch in March, “I stepped away from the company I had spent years building.”
How does Sitch work?
Sitch works by building a profile from users’ answers to a few questions, then sending them curated introductions chosen by its AI matchmaker. During setup, users share their preferences, including what they consider essential in a partner and what would simply be nice to have. Each introduction includes photos, background on the person, and an explanation of why they could be a fit. After every introduction, users send a note about what worked and what didn’t, and Sitch continues to ask questions over time to learn more about them. When the matchmaker finds someone a user should meet and they both say yes, Sitch sets them up.
How much does Sitch cost?
Sitch charges per setup, with a single setup priced at $24.99 or $34.99 and packs of 3, 5 and 8 setups priced at $89.99, $124.99 and $159.99. Sitch also offers a plan called Sitch Monthly for $29.99, but it has not published what that plan includes. The 3, 5 and 8 setup packs were offered at the same prices in June 2025.
