Indoor mini-golf gives you something to do between conversations at Flatstick Pub in Pioneer Square. Alongside the courses, you will find Duffleboard, craft beer on tap, and sports on the big screens.

Pub fare and a relaxed atmosphere make it a cozy first-date option. You can keep the games casual and skip keeping score. Book tee times online.

A little friendly competition comes built in at Seattle Pinball Museum in the Chinatown-International District. Admission gets you free play on all 50-plus vintage and modern machines.

Buy tickets when you arrive, since the museum does not take reservations. Busy days can mean a waiting list. Adult admission is $25.

Pair dinner with a performance at Can Can Culinary Cabaret in Pike Place Market, where choreographed dancers take the stage. Dining options include a bistro and bar, a theatre menu, and a 3-course menu if you want to eat during the show.

The venue is closed Monday through Wednesday and opens Thursday from 4pm, with times varying by show. Buy tickets online once your plans are firm, since all sales are final.

Candlelit dinner and live jazz or blues make Dimitriou's Jazz Alley an intimate downtown date night. Dinner tables receive preferred seating for the 7:30pm show; the 9:30pm performance is an option if you want to sit near the stage without dinner.

Shows run Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends, and admission includes free parking at two nearby garages.

Seattle Great Wheel

The Seattle Great Wheel stands at the end of Pier 57 on the waterfront, and a ride is a quick, low-effort plan to share. Winter rides take roughly 10 to 15 minutes and summer rides 12 to 20, over three full turns.

Go after dark: more than 500,000 LEDs cover the wheel, and colorful light shows usually run Friday through Sunday evenings. The wheel is open 11am to 9pm every day, and tickets are sold at the booth or online for the same price, with no reservations in normal operations.
